This time of year, people are nervous to put their home on the market because of the perception that buyers don't start looking until spring. We're here to tell you, that's not true. 

Here are 3 reasons to list your home now and save yourself money and stress!!!

1. Interest Rates. Interest rates historically fluctuate up and down. Currently, rates are still low, but we have seen some movement higher over the last few months. There are no guarantees on interest rates, and if the rates go up too high, buyers will be knocked to a lower price point or may be knocked out of the marketplace altogether. 

2. Supply and Demand. Right now we are experiencing extremely low inventory, which means buyers are making a move when they see a house they like. Many times in multiple offer situations!! That's great news for the sellers. The market isn't crowded at the moment with lots of homes for sale and homes priced well are getting offers quickly and for top dollar. Now is the time to capitalize on low inventory. Waiting until spring means you enter a very crowded marketplace with more options for buyers!

3. Time Is On Your Side. It can be very stressful to be in a "must sell" situation. You don't want to be in a spot that you must accept an offer for less than what you want. Relieve that pressure from yourself and give yourself time to get an offer that you are happy to accept.
