Born and raised in the Mount Washington Valley, Katie has a vast appreciation of the outdoors and the beauty of New England. Moving to Naples, Florida after graduating high school, she pursued her creative calling by attending Florida Gulf Coast University for graphic design. She went on to work for global real estate companies in the marketing department, assisting agents with branding, advertising and online presence. Katie spent the last 10 years of her time in Naples as the Marketing Director for a luxury real estate company, where she also obtained her real estate license. After nearly 25 years in Florida, Katie was missing the mountains and family. She moved back to the area at the end of 2022. She enjoys hiking, boating, skiing and spending every moment possible with her dog Stella, exploring the outdoors and all that our area has to offer.
