Raised in Massachusetts, Toni Burr understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in Scarborough with its unmatched beauty, and amazing sense of community.

Toni has a passion for helping people, being creative, and is committed to going above and beyond for her clients. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, she started her sales career in 2014 by building her own successful business, Tan by Toni, both in Massachusetts and here in Maine. Although incredibly fulfilling, in 2021 Toni decided to expand her horizons to the real estate market.

As a Realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. Toni listens to their wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Her clients can count on her any time of day when they have a question or a concern. 

When she isn’t managing her businesses and finding people their forever homes, Toni enjoys family time with her husband, two girls and two Yorkies, Bella and Basil.
